We at SquadUP are always striving to make your event management experience as smooth and efficient as possible. That’s why we are thrilled to announce the launch of our newest feature: Seat Map Manager. This powerful addition to our dashboard is designed to make it easier than ever for event hosts to access, visualize, and manage their seat maps, streamlining the entire ticketing process for reserved seating events.

With our new Seat Map Manager, you can view the name, email, and transaction time associated with each reserved seat. This update makes it easier than ever to view details about your reserved seating attendees. Additionally, event hosts can select seats (or sections) to hold (or release). This functionality works on desktop and mobile web, and updates in real-time.

We’re confident that our new Seat Map Manager will revolutionize the way you manage your reserved seating events. This feature is now available to all SquadUP Reserved Seating hosts. To get started, simply log in to your dashboard and click on the “Reserved Seating” tab.
