Sidechain is an NFT ticketing and rewards platform built on the Solana blockchain and the pioneer of the “attend-to-earn” model. As part of a strategic investment with Sidechain, SquadUP’s new tool elevates its menu of customizable ticketing services by allowing SquadUP event attendees to easily convert their SquadUP tickets into collectible NFTs, commemorating their event experience and validating attendance at the event with Proof of Attendance Protocol (POAP). In addition, Sidechain will work with SquadUP to build auction-style sales functionality for event hosts that will grant NFT holders access to exclusive benefits.
