John Mueller Meat Co.  (Austin)
Everybody that’s been to Austin, Texas — especially if you were there for SXSW — knows that food trailers are everywhere. Couple that with the renowned local BBQ food and you’re bound to get a quality BBQ food truck or two. Well, this one tops our list, and for good reason. Mueller is a famous pit master who’s brisket and beef ribs are second to none.

For some reason, breakfast and coffee are somewhat under appreciated in the world of food trucks. If you’re looking for something AM friendly, look no further than Beavers. They feature great coffee and milkshakes that you can really enjoy at any time of the day. Make sure to load up your donut with plenty of toppings such as the chocolate & marshmallow sauces with graham cracker crumbles, S’mores style. And yes, they cater events.

When fondue, mustard seed, and slaw-topped hot dogs are served out of a customized 1962 Airstream, you know we’re no longer in the 1st inning of the food truck game. Their menus is constantly changing but we hear you can’t go wrong with dishes like lamb-fennel sausage sliders with goat cheese and their brisket short rib, and sirloin patties.
