The Premiere NYC Young Professional Event of the Year

NYC is a great place to be young. No matter what industry you’re in, you’re surrounded by other hardworking, successful young people – young professionals, if you will. Sumeria specializes in connecting the young professional community through awesome events. One of these events tops the rest. To explain what makes the #3rdAnnualLibertyBall so special, Sumeria’s Director of Community Management, Charlotte Deavers is making her first guest appearance on the SquadUP blog. Take it away, Charlotte!

September is here, meaning a transition from sweltering summer heat waves to crisp fall afternoons. Yes, there is a certain post-Labor Day depression felt throughout New York as we have sadly reached the end of weekend beach getaways, booze cruises, and rooftop parties. BUT we’ve got something on tap that we know will raise your spirits.

Sumeria is back and teaming up with SquadUP, Magnises, and Next Step Realty to bring you THE premiere social event of the season! The Third Annual Liberty Ball will be held on Friday, September 19th at Gotham Hall from 10pm-2am. Grab your friends and join 1000+ young professionals for a perfect night of networking with a hint of debauchery.

This affair features a full open bar (that’s right, FULL- we’ve got you covered for 4 hours), tasting tables sponsored by Herradura Tequila and Jack Daniels, and live music! Formal attire is required for both ladies and gents, allowing you the rare opportunity to relive the glory days of college formals in the heart of Gotham. What makes this event even better? You’ll be supporting three amazing causes as you party the night away! We’re proud to be working with the LiftEd Project, Steve’s Camp, and Suit Up on this event.

Of course, this event would not be complete without our awesome partners Harding-Lane, FreshNeck, Lynxsy, Handybook, Frava, and Eventurously!

This is the perfect way to welcome in the fall season- guaranteed! Looking forward to seeing you all there!
